RE: Butyl and/or Silicone inside freezers and coolers
It is an allowable and accepted practice for installers to use Butyl or a silicone sealant between all seams inside and outside of Imperial Brown walk-in coolers and freezers. If you have any questions regarding this practice, please feel free to reach out to our installation specialists.
