FACTORY AUTHORIZED SERVICE TECH
To become a Factory Authorized Service Tech, one successful job must be completed with no callbacks or warranty issues related to the service provided.
FACTORY AUTHORIZED INSTALLER
Factory-Authorized Installers must complete one successful job with no callback or warranty issues related to the install.
Factory-Authorized Installers have the opportunity to become Factory Preferred Installers with the completion of two more successful jobs and no callbacks.
Benefits include:
- 1-Year Parts and Labor Warranty
- Factory-Authorized logo for business cards and decal for company vehicle
FACTORY AUTHORIZED PREFERRED INSTALLER
Factory-Authorized Installers must complete one successful job with no callbacks or warranty issues related to the install.
Factory-Authorized Installers have the opportunity to become Factory Preferred Installers with the completion of two more successful jobs and no callbacks.
Benefits include:
- 2-Year Parts and Labor Warranty
- 5% Discount on Imperial Brown order
- Factory Preferred Installers are the first to be recommended to customers interested in an install
- Factory Preferred logo for business cards and decal for company vehicle
