Imperial Brown designed a glass-fronted walk-in cooler that faces customers and is highly visible for Michigan microbrewery RedWater Tap House, owned by the famed RedWater Restaurant Group.
The custom designed hybrid walk-in cooler is of mostly low-density urethane construction (LDU) with the use of high density rails (HDU) as needed. The interior and exterior is powder coated black to match the restaurant décor of steel and wood construction and concrete floors.
We are the only manufacturing facility with the ability to produce HUD/LDU combination panels. The technique creates a product that has distinct price and technical advantages over traditional products. The technique gives the factory complete flexibility to build walk-in coolers or freezers of any shape or size, while containing cost. The result is a stronger, consistent product, with a more efficient production time, a lower materials cost and a higher overall R-rating.
